Anderson Ditches MN Governor Race To Run For Auditor

1/12/10 Today at the Capital, GOP Candidate for Governor Pat Anderson withdrew from the race, and at the same time declared she was now instead running for State Auditor. She gave several reasons. She thought the state of the economy meant stronger leadership was needed in the Auditor’s office. And she said the shadow of Norm Coleman’s undeclared candidacy had a negative effect on fundraising.
