Reed Anfinson, receives the 2010 Finnegan FOI Award.

Each year on Freedom of Information Day, the Minnesota Coalition on Government Information presents the John R. The award honors a Minnesotan or Minnesota institution whose work demonstrates leadership and commitment to the power of information to effect change.
