Minnesota Senator Al Franken drew on his long experience with network television and his concern for all people to predict disaster for the internet as we know it unless the FCC takes action to regulate and protect it. When broadcast networks grew and absorbed content producers, independent tv show producers went from 50% to practically zero in less than 10 years.
