Obama surprises tourists at Lincoln Memorial In Washington DC

President Obama stopped by the Lincoln Memorial to remind visitors that it was open because he and congress had reached a budget agreement that kept the government from shutting down. He also greets a school group he mentioned in his budget address. The group was worried that the looming government shut down would also shut down their DC trip.
