Senator Scott Dibble (DFL) said today be believed that Republican Senators’ and Representatives’ decision to remain silent during contentious debates over a constitutional amendment to ban same-sex marriage came as a direct order from the GOP Caucus — led by State Chair Tony Sutton and Deputy Chair Michael Brodkorb.
