Senator Richard Cohen (DFL-St. Paul) says voter photo ID is a solution in search of a problem and suggests “therapy” for people who feel there is something wrong with Minnesota’s election system.

Senator Gen Olsen (R-Minnetrista) says therapy is not needed, but vouching for other voters is “sloppy”.

Senator Linda Higgins (DFL- Minneapolis) says if voter photo ID stops one eligible person from voting “we all ought to be ashamed of ourselves.”
