Jeff Johnson: Victory “Not Part Of God’s Plan” For GOP In MN Governor’s Race

“I tell my boys,frequently, sometimes no matter how badly you want something it’s not part of God’s plan,” Jeff Johnson told a crowd of supporters at the Minnesota Republican election night party in Minneapolis. “And that’s where we are tonight. I just called the governor and congratulated him on his victory in a very well run campaign.”

CNN called the Minnesota gubernatorial race for Democrat Mark Dayton as soon as the polls closed at 8 p.m.
