Obama: Flint Shows You Can’t “Shortchange” On Basic Gov’t Services

During an appearance in Detroit, President Obama talked about the water contamination in Flint, Michigan, saying his administration would do everything it can to help local and state authorities to resolve the situation. The president said the contamination “is a reminder that you cannot shortchange basic services that we provide to our people.”
