A potential clash between workers’ rights protesters and Madison Wisconsin police looms today. The Wisconsin State Capitol will return to normal business hours on Sunday at 4 p.m. at which time it will be closed to allow for cleaning, according to Capitol Police Chief Charles Tubbs. Several protesters tell Wisconsin Channel 3000 that they have no plans to leave when the Capitol closes. Protesters have been occupying the Capitol for more than a week now to show support for Wisconsin public employees. Governor Scott Walker is trying to take away their collective bargaining rights.
