Apple’s iPad lease agreement with schools allows it to gather students names and birth date as well as track how the iPad is used. Privacy advocates say “It’s essentially the government using their power to coerce individual students into data sharing arrangements with private companies.”

ACLU Denies Evidence of Voter Fraud

The American Civil Liberties Union of Minnesota holds a press conference at the State Capitol this morning to reject any existence of voter fraud in state elections. The ACLU had offered a bounty of $1,000 to anyone who could prove a case of voter fraud.
