Health Care Activists Deliver “Repossession Notice” to Medica

This morning about 50 health care activists made a surprise appearance at Medica’s Minnetonka headquarters to deliver “repossession notices” and demand the return of over $200 million in excess cash reserves to the state of Minnesota. The group stormed into the main lobby and posted orange notices around the lobby as the crowd heard speeches and chanted. The group represented TakeAction Minnesota, SEIU Healthcare Minnesota and the Land Stewardship Project.
