President Obama at NATO Summit In Lisbon, Portugal

In Lisbon, Portugal, President Obama talks about the transition to Afghanistan troops taking the lead on their own security. That transition will begin in 2011 and is expected to be completed by 2014. However Pentagon Press Secretary Geoff Morrell says that US troops may still be in Afghanistan in 2014 and may still be responsible for the security of that country in some places.
