Mark Dayton will fly to Minnesota’s four corners tomorrow to join Mayors of Duluth, Moorhead, Mankato and Rochester and discuss his Fiscal Year 2012-13 budget proposal. Dayton will also be joined by Commissioner Jim Schowalter (Management and Budget) and Commissioner Brenda Cassellius (Education).
