Senator Ellen Anderson bids the Senate farewell

Minnesota State Senator Ellen Anderson is leaving after 19 years of service to be the chair of the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission. Thursday was her last day in the Senate and she took a few moments to talk about her years at the Capitol.

Senators Terri Bonoff and Scott Dibble praise Senator Anderson for her work.

Above–Senator Bonoff. Below–Senator Dibble was a “seat mate” of Senator Anderson for many years. He says Anderson worked very hard to build relationships and consensus on “very big ideas”.
