Representative Linda Berglin (DFL- Minneapolis) says Minnesota would be facing a lawsuit if the anti-abortion bill passed in the Senate Health and Human Services Committee today becomes law. The bill would prohibit the use of state funds on abortion services. Senator Berglin says the state can not afford such a lawsuit.
