Did global climate change contribute to the horrible Duluth flooding? We talked to Minnesota legislators as they worked on passing a $167.5 million relief package for extreme weather that hit Minnesota this Summer. Four DFL lawmaker we interviewed say yes climate change is linked to the extreme weather of this Summer, one Republican Representative says no.

Representatives Frank Hornstein (DFL), Ryan Winkler (DFL), John Kriesel (R), Paul Thissen (DFL) and Sen John Marty (DFL) weighed on on climate and amendments.
