Senator Al Franken gives a prime example of why Minnesota’s proposed “Voter ID” or Voter Restriction constitutional amendment is a bad idea. Seniors who have given up their drivers license because they are too old to drive safely may have trouble voting. Franken made the comments at a Bill Clinton rally for Barack Obama in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
