Before the full Minnesota House of Representatives can vote on same-sex marriage, the House Ways and Means Committee had to approve the estimated $678,000 annual cost to the state. The bill passed on a voice vote. The Senate Finance Committee passed similar measure on Tuesday. A vote in front of the full House is scheduled for Thursday.
