As I’ve told many of you, they do not tell us how miserable it is to wait in the hallway.” On Tuesday, Emmer defeated Democrat Joe Perske by nearly 18 percentage points. In 2010 Emmer lost his race for governor to Democrat Mark Dayton. Since then he has been a right wing radio host until Rep.
