Minnesota House Speaker Kurt Daudt says the Legislature will appeal its case over Gov. Mark Dayton’s line item to the Minnesota Supreme Court should it lose in Ramsey County District Court.

Ramsey County District Judge John Guthmann heard arguments in the case today.

Daudt called a news conference a short time after the court session ended. Video of the entire news conference is above.

Should Dayton lose, Daudt advises him to accept the ruling and not appeal.
